Russian-born artist Liza Levina (b. 1995, Moscow) finds her muse in the vibrant energy of the Israeli coastline. After receiving formal artistic training at Moscow's prestigious Serov Drawing Academy and later at the Moscow Art and Industry Institute, Levina embarked on a new chapter, immigrating to Bat-Yam, Israel, in 2019. This coastal city, just south of Tel Aviv, has become both her home and a profound source of inspiration. Living in close proximity to the sea has deeply shaped her artistic vision, imbuing her naive art style with the light, movement, and carefree spirit of the beach. The sights, sounds, and atmosphere of the Mediterranean permeate her canvases, capturing the essence of coastal life. Her paintings, reflecting this deep connection to the sea, have been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions in both Israel and the USA, bringing the warmth and vibrancy of her coastal world to a wider audience.
